the Monday Morning Debrief: What was YOUR Best Of in 2013?

The last few days of December are always littered with “Best of…” lists.  It’s fun to look at and reflect.

With that being said, it’s always great to reflect on your own life and ministry during the last few days of the year.  What was good?  What was bad?  What could you do to do better for the next year?

But, for the sake of this post, let’s reflect on what our “Best of” is from the past year.  For example, some of my list is…

  • We started 2 new home groups in 2014 and began another small group
  • Our students responded in a huge way when they reached out over the summer to provide a weekly summer camp for students from a no-so-fortunate community in our area
  • We recruited 3 new leaders
  • Our Friday night “Hangout” grew to be regularly 75-100 students each week
  • My own children had great years in school and extra-curricular activities

What about you? What are some of your “best of”s from the past year?
