So what can Churches learn from Home Gyms:

  • Digital is here to stay. Many people think that things will go back to “normal” or the way things used to be after the pandemic is over. The reality is that once you’ve made this much progress in digital, you should never go back to what once was. You should just keep moving forward and expand on your digital presence.
  • Convenience matters. Having good content is important but having on-demand content is just as essential. That way people can listen, watch and learn at any time. Have your Church services at certain times, yes, but also share it on YouTube so they can watch whenever they have time to. It today’s day and age having content on demand is essential to reaching your community.
  • People will turn out for Good Content. Content is king but producing good content is even better. Home Gyms are successful because they have great workouts from great instructors. Churches and ministries can produce good content beyond sermons. They can produce worship songs, devotionals, as well as children and youth programming. The more the variety the better the chances are you can connect with people who are looking for questions answered and encouragement.
