Today Tom talks to Dan Eno who serves as both Worship Minister and Student Minister at his Church.  This is pretty common in the ministry world as churches often don’t have the resources to hire someone for just one full-time position.  So, they have a person serve multiple “part-time” positions in order to create a full-time role for someone.

So today, Tom and Dan talk about ways to serve in those multiple roles successfully and effectively.
