How to Create a Private YouTube Playlist for your Ministry Team
Training is so important to ministry. You need training for yourself AND for the volunteer team. In order to do that you organize an event or time together to get that training. However, life is busy and the leaders may not be able to make each training. So how do you provide training for your team if they aren’t there? A great solution to this problem is to make videos and post them on YouTube in a private playlist.
People are so used to watching videos these days and with the every growing popularity of YouTube, making videos and posting them on YouTube is a great way. However, you don’t want to post directly to a YouTube page so everyone can see it. After all, some of the content you are talking about will be specific to your ministry team. So you want to make it private. And, as you create more and more training videos you want to post for your ministry team, you can create a private YouTube playlist just for your team so they can get all the videos in one central place.
In this video I do a quick tutorial of how you can make a Private YouTube Playlist for your ministry team.
What do you think? Are there other ways you have created a private playlist for your leaders that has helped get them in ministry info they need? Share your thoughts or experiences below or on social media using #ymsidekick when you post.
