How to Live Stream from Zoom to Social Media
Zoom is a powerful ministry tool that can be used to connect with people in a variety of ways. You can use it for one-on-one meetings, group meetings, leadership gatherings, outreach opportunities or discipleship times, just to name a few. But what happens if you have people who prefer to not use Zoom? I know, at this stage of the pandemic, that sounds odd. But, are there other way for people to connect without having to use it?
There are ways. In fact, you can actually use Zoom to stream live to different social networks. Watch this video to discover how.
The biggest question is why would you do this? The simple answer is that some people still don’t like using Zoom. While this may be a very minor issue, the reality is by having the option to connect to a social media platform, you present more opportunities for people to engage because they have no problem connecting on Facebook, YouTube or other platforms.
Connecting your Zoom to other social networks is really easy. All you have to do is to simply go to “Advance Settings” and click which platform you want to stream to. Then, when you start your Zoom call, you can click the “…” button the bottom right of the screen to the options to stream to whatever social network you would like to.
Zoom is a great and effective ministry tool. Having this option to stream to different social networks will only go to benefit your ministry as you will be able to reach more people.
What about you? Have you live streamed from Zoom yet? How did it go? Share your thoughts or experiences below or on social media using #ymsidekick when you share.
