How to Take Care of Yourself Post-Covid

We are are coming out of the pandemic now. But what happened to us, as ministers, and our mental health during covid is still playing out today. We got in to a lot of bad habits and now, as we enter post-covid time, we need to start taking care of ourselves more. But how do we do that? What can we do to help our own mental health as we enter this new time.

Today we discuss some very practical ways that you can regularly be taking care of yourself post-covid so that you get healthy and stay healthy long term.
