On September 18th was the 3rd Annual National Day of Volunteer Youth Ministry Training from Download Youth Ministry. And, for the 3rd straight year, this was a great 3 hours of training for leaders, paid and volunteer. Over the course of the 3 hours there was plenty of encouragement from the various speakers.
