The Monday Morning Debrief: Training and Continuing Education

Last year I did a Youth Leader Training and Continuing Education Survey.

The point of that survey was to check out what other youth leaders needed to learn or relearn as they seek to improve who they are in Christ and in ministry. If you haven’t taken the survey, you can check out the survey here.

As we kick of the fresh semester, it is always good to continue to ask the question what are you planning on doing this semester to continue your education in teen culture?  See, I believe that when we get stagnant and stop learning, that is when we begin to lose our edge, our effectiveness in reaching teens for Christ.  The more we can be constantly learning, the more effective we can be.

So right now, TAKE A MINUTE and post 1 or 2 things you are going to do this semester to train and continue your education.  They can be what conferences or classes you are going to or they can be on specific topics you desire to learn more about such as Post-Modern culture.  Post a comment so we can all benefit.
