Orange Week: Best Connection at an Orange Conference
Even though I have never been to an Orange Conference before, I have been to my share of conferences. Conferences are great for creating and developing connections. And starting those connections is one of the top 3 reasons why I am excited about coming to Orange this year.
Other than networking with other Orangites, I am particularly excited about connecting with my own ministry team (another top 3 reason). Conferences are great for that too! If you are taking a team of people down to the Orange Conference with you this year, I hope you really take time to invest in them, get to know them in a more personal way and really process together as a team. Time away can be huge for you and your team to really focus on changes or new initiatives that need to be made in your efforts to reach families, children and youth for Christ.

You will love Orange this will be my third year in a row. The conference is great but for me connecting with people I have meet through twitter, my blog and cmconnect is worth every cent. Make sure you go to the tweet up and take advantage of the downtime to connect with other leaders. Come up to the bloggers lounge I would love to meet you and talk shop over a cup of free coffee.
