“YouLead”, we all lead

At Orange ’11 last week, I got a chance to look at Orange’s “YouLead”.  In case you have no idea what “YouLead” is, it’s a “structured leadership development plan – not only for you, but also for your leadership team.”  You can read more about it here.

Here where I see YouLead as a benefit.  Whether you are in a small church or big church, we all have a need for leadership development.  With the economy still tough for so many people and churches, it is hard to fork out hundreds of dollars for a few day conference that requires travel cost, food, hotel cost and the conference itself.  With YouLead, you get a great development plan and equipping plan not just for you but for your leaders for a substantially smaller cost.  Pricing ranges from $250 – $350 for a whole year!!!  Now, even though that can be significant, priced out over 12 months, it is just $21 – $30 a month.  That is much more reasonable especially if it is benefitting more than just yourself.
