POLL: When are you most effective in Student Ministry?

I’ve been in Youth Ministry for over 15 years.  I started off as a young, 22 year old, single Junior High Intern.  Now, I am a 38 father of 4.  In between those years, I have encountered a lot of great ministry opportunities and transitions in life.  As I was processing ministry over the years, I began to wonder when was the time when I was most effective in ministry.  Was it when I was younger, with no strings attached and could do anything.  Or is it now, when my oldest is in middle school and there are more ministry opportunities there with her and her friends.

This debate in my head made me wonder what everyone else in Student Ministry thinks.  So, TAKE A MINUTE and participate in the poll and then comment on your experiences below.
