More than just Curriculum

When I talk to people about Orange, one thing always usually comes up…curriculum.   People alway refer to Orange as just simply as a curriculum company.  The problem is that Orange isn’t just about curriculum.  It is so much more.

For example, did you know that they work with…

  • Unknownhelping stronger marriages?  That’s right, Orange partners with MarriedPeople to help churches build healthier marriages.  MarriedPeople is a great strategy for churches to be proactive rather than reactive to building healthy marriages.
  • social media to help you reach this digital world?  That’s right, at OC ’14 there was a whole track on Social Media and how you can use that to reach more people for Christ.  Matt McKee and others are fantastic with helping equip everyone in this area and I’m sure there will be even more emphasis on this every changing tool at OC ’15.
  • building stronger small groups and small group leaders?  In August they created the Lead Small app which I blogged about here.  Not only does it give good insights to leaders on how to be good small group leaders but it also gives curriculum each week that they can use in their groups.  In addition to this, in the last few weeks, through goweekly.com, they made it possible for each church or ministry to physically insert their own curriculum into the Lead Small App.  I blogged about it here.
  • a huge network or ministers to help you find the right fit for you.  Looking for a ministry position? You should goto Minister Search. Founded by Dave Lyon, Minister Search is about connecting ministries with the RIGHT leaders.  It’s a great group of people working there and reThink works with them a lot.

These are just some of the MANY partnerships and groups that reThink works with that makes it more than just a curriculum group.

How have you experienced Orange in a way other than just curriculum?  Share below.
