You have to be flexible to be successful

In order to be successful in ministry you have to be flexible.  Why is this so important?  Because life happens and if you don’t have some flexibility in your planning, you will not be able to adapt to the changes that have happened or are happening around you. Have a plan…definitely.  But don’t be so tied to that plan that you have no flexibility for life that is happening in your community or those you are ministering to.

Because no matter how great that plan is, if something happens in your community that changes you need to be able to flex and change things up. So what will you do? How will you respond?
