Uniting your Family Ministry Department

Podcast IconEpisode 41 Show Notes:

Family Ministry Departments can be a little challenging to oversee at times. Why? Because they combine 2 dominate ministries (Children and Students) with pretty dominate ministry heads into 1 strategic unit. If they can learn to work together rather than be silos to themselves, they can be extremely effective.

But how do you do it?

In this episode Tom brings in Nick Blevins, Children & Student Team Leader at Community Christian Church in Baltimore, MD. Nick shares what his team does to transition students from children’s ministry to student ministry.  And, he will discuss what he does specifically to unite his Family Ministry team.
