How to Effectively Onboard a New Hire

Whether it is an admin person, a part-time person or a full-time person, by God’s good graces you will have a chance to hire someone to help you in your Church or ministry. But how do you make sure this new hire is set up effectively so that they can succeed in their position? It all begins with how you onboard them into your staff.
