What you can do when Ministry is dragging you down

Whether you are a volunteer or a paid professions, ministry can a very rewarding. However, it can also be very stressful and frustrating. So what do you do when ministry is dragging you down? What needs to change? How can you make adjustments both personally or in ministry?

We have both been in ministry a number of years and while we have had some very positive and successful months and years, there have also been some tough years. We talk about what we’ve done, how it helped us and how it can help you when ministry is dragging you down.
