A Simple, Digital Way to Follow Up After a Ministry Event

Follow up for any ministry event is so important. That is why you have to collect the right information from people who attend that ministry event. Whether it is following up from a trip, Church service or ministry event, there are plenty of ways for you to follow up with people. However, we live in a digital world and this simple, everyday tool provides you a great opportunity to effectively follow up with people. Watch this video, listen to the podcast or read about it below.

Sending a simple text message to people after they attend your ministry event is an extremely effective way to follow up. Why? Because everyone uses text messaging in some form and the open rate is so extremely high. Did you know that text messages received are opened 98% of the time!?! That’s 98 times out of 100! That is so much more effective than any other communication tool.

A text message is simple and short but it can also be a great way to link people to a next step for their life and to get more plugged into what is next.
