Shut Down for your Mental Health

I love technology and am the Online Campus Pastor at my Church. I am passionate about using technology to help people discover God daily. This is also why I started the Digital Bootcamp Facebook Group. I want ministers to be better equipped to do digital ministry, too.

As much as I enjoy technology, we can also over do technology. We can spend countless hours on our computers working and ministering to people. We got into this mess over COVID when we were working tons of hours just trying to get everything online. But now, as more of the world is opening up, we cannot keep going at this pace.

So now we need to shut down. Watch the video below, listen to the podcast version or check out below the ideas to take care of your mental health.
