The Monday Morning Debrief – 11/29

With Thanksgiving officially behind us and Christmas up ahead, here are some things to be thinking through and processing:

1. What was a lessoned learned this week for you?  How are you going to make the appropriate changes?
2. How are you going to evaluate the fall semester?  With the New Year just a month away, think through with your volunteer leaders how you are going to process whether or not the fall was as success or not?
3. Are you going to do a Christmas party?  If so, what planning needs to take place today and/or this week for that party to be a success?
4. Who is a leader you need to touch base and connect with this week?
5. Did a student say (good or bad) that caught your attention, produced a red flag or caused you to think that someone needs to follow up with them this week?  If so, make sure someone follows up with them this week.
