Spicing up your Program

Sometimes our youth night can become very routine and ordinary.  That is when we change things up to add a little spice to the program to keep our students on their heals and let the element of fun take over.

We introduced this character a few weeks ago to do announcements as the new nZone Security Guard, “Johnny LaBouch”.  He looks far from secure.

To say that he added a little spice to the life of the program would be an understatement 🙂 Coming into the Beastie Boys “Sabotage”, running around like a mad man and even standing on closed up ping pong tables doesn’t sound like your typical Security Guard.  In addition to Johnny, we had his nemisis come around and taunt him a bit.

Check out the little bit he did this past week…

Kind of silly but the kids have really taken to it. It takes 5 minutes each week but well worth it.

So, what are you doing to spice up your program to shock and awe your students?  TAKE A MINUTE and share your thoughts on what you are doing to shock and awe your students so that we can all learn and hopefully try something new.
